kink question@luna Well, I'm not sure if it's used this way anymore, but some time ago I did hear the definition that kink is a preference, while fetish is "stronger" desire. Like kink is "I wanna do this, it's so hot" while fetish is more like "I NEED this" But that is based strictly on some definition I heard some time ago and I don't know if it's even used this way anymore and at this point it's almost interchangeable I think

@skye@yassie_j I am like legit so terrible from geography I mean I know the basics (I know Africa is not a country and somehow that's an achievement) But that's basically it (My bf is like legit insane from geography and especially with knowing flags like he did some 200 world flags test and did like most of them it was insane and then made me do some easy tests and I failed miserably 😭)

@yassie_j IP addresses inherently don't have a geographical location Locations of IP blocks are kept somewhere (i forgot, but some Registries that keep track of that or whatever) and are linked like that NordVPN can have virtual servers which are hosted somewhere else because it owns it's IP blocks, which they can then request to the registry "hey this server is there" and registry is like aight. You typically can't do it by yourself because you don't own your IP address/block
