@mayu well, dependsmostly lots of paperwork probably, because for example death does not automatically stop the tenancy (usually, depends on the lease), it becomes part of the estate and might get transfered to first of kin/other person entitled to that estate
the property itself might become a crime scene for some time, during investigation and such
probably professional cleaning will be needed tho idk if that would be problem of landlord or person that acquired the estate (probably landlords tho)
so I feel that there would be about the same amount of work for landlord in this case as in with any different type of death that would happen on the premise
pls don't do it, if u wanna fuck the landlord living and making their life worse is a better way
