However, in this case verification also had information about if it was an outgoing or incoming call, aka if bank called you, or you called bank
but yeah good point it's always best to be cautions and just call the bank yourself (tho it's also best to verify for sure if that's correct number, I remember case where google AI search shown an scam number which is WILD)
