I just saw some dumbass AI generated comic that had 2 dog girls talking"I uploaded my work before I could consent to AI"
"Data scraping existed before AI"
then the first one was like "oh" and second one said "It's okay puppy, thats how we learn"
and like
it could be a good argument about how Data Scraping before AI was (sometimes) bad
But this is just nuance lacking dumbass take of "Data scraping existed so AI could do it too"

Yeah sure lets fucking ignore whole nuance about how data scraping itself isn't bad but the use and way its done is bad, and yeah sure argument of "others do it so we might as well" is also great
