but in reality my whole opinion on it doesn't revolve just around that part (tho it is a neat part too (tho I don't even use it for that, but I know ppl that do))
It's just like, one of the only cryptocurrencies with actual reason to exist, and yeah there are environmental issues to consider (tho comparing to other cryptocurrencies, especially BTC, monero isn't that bad)
Private payment options are cool in the system where banks and payment processors can just ban ppl from using it for stuff they deem "inappropriate"
