Like while it's running then it can be basically washed off instantly, after all piss is just... water with additional stuff
and if you drink enough fluids and have good enough diet then there's not a lot more than just water
And interacting with piss isn't unhealthy by itself either, since when previous conditions are met, then that's at most a bit stinky water, and even if it is worse then afaik there isn't really any health related issue with that, as long as its your own piss (or idk someone you know well and their bodily fluids can't pass anything onto you)
And even in the worst case, as long as you don't lick the shower floor/wall then I think its fine even in that case.
I mean yeah it's a different story if someone just, does not want that, then yeah like don't piss in strangers showers thats bad, but if you piss in your own shower, while showering, I think that's fine.
