@lily I don't judge if someone just got stuck with it for so long it basically became a lock-in, cus migrating to other thing is a chore especially if someone used plex for a long time (aka since the time when plex seemed good, which yeah was a loooong time ago)
There's still this fucked up thing that plex is still widely recommended as The self hostable "private" media manager.
So tbh I'm kinda glad that plex is taking such drastic steps that it is becoming hard to ignore, even for users that aren't rly knowledgable on the subject and will make users finally switch to better options
