@yassie_j IP addresses inherently don't have a geographical location
Locations of IP blocks are kept somewhere (i forgot, but some Registries that keep track of that or whatever) and are linked like that
NordVPN can have virtual servers which are hosted somewhere else because it owns it's IP blocks, which they can then request to the registry "hey this server is there" and registry is like aight.
You typically can't do it by yourself because you don't own your IP address/block
