In this case idk how it could be exactly solved, maybe by making it "https://twitter.com" (there could still be some urls with that as part of the path ig, but way less, probably just some archivization sites), or maybe there is some method that could check if it's first url idk I don't know a lot about this filter system
Not a lot of site blocking plugins bother to include a domain parser specifically to check if only beginning of the link is correct I think
