If something I say sounds insane it's usually a shitpost, but if you wanna be sure u can ask (It will give me feedback to add notation so that I can be sure it's not misunderstood)

I can be weird and lewd here, I usually try to CW stuff correctly, mostly succeed but viewer discretion is advised, I am not strictly mDNI but I def would require not interacting with lewd posts, and I will block if I realize that this is happening.

@navi @alina Yeah, in Poland it is pretty common that if employee seems to "neglect" against protecting from theft they might even have to pay out of pocket.
It depends on a lot of factors, but it is 100% a thing that exists in some places.

Not legally, but some stores have company policies that can penalize for "neglecting to protect against theft" etc. as disciplinary measure (maybe not direct pay from pocket for loses, but there are more ways to harm employee than just this).
Even if it won't harm the individual workers, if it happens a lot then whole branch can get penalized by upper corpo for "allowing" such broad stealing, which can affect every employee there.
In best case, no one gets harmed, including the corpo, in worst case, employees are screwed.

because it doesn't harm the corporation, it harms workers that work for that specific store
