@yassie_j the only time an explanation has been required is this Finnish chain VAPIANO where I had to go line up to a literal chef and tell them my order directly, and they angrily whip up some pasta slop in about 30 seconds (blocking queue), serve it to me, then repeat with next person
any dietary requirements or odd orders directly makes the queue quadruple
