@alina I interpret the letting go as giving into whatever one's body does naturally; I myself naturally get super hungry and my body floats towards food - I easily step into rhythms without thinking about it, which works great for my own lizard brain, but doing-without-doing evidently may not work so well for those that work differently than this default-human NPC mode like myself
